Saleh Alharbi

Saleh certified as a DISC instructor after attending DISC theory train the trainer course, he has more than 40 years’ experience as an Operator, Engineer, Trainer, professional consultant, and Training Director. He is graduted in Engineering and has a Master degree in Educational Leadership. He is now working toward his PhD in Educational Technology.

He is currently a retired employee and running his own business in the field of Training. He is a certified Trainer in Improving Performance at the work place and I consultant trainer in Safety Compliance review

He is a certified consultant to train DISC personality theory that can be used for his students in the future.  Audience are, Managers, Teachers, college students, or anyone who is interested to test his personality.  

The objective of DISC, it is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. DISC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences. If you participated in the DISC program, you'll be asked to complete a series of questions that produce a detailed report about your personality and behavior.
