In this slide you will be able to compare the relationship among DISC styles:
If you noticed the strongest social relations (I with I), (S with S), and (C with C), but if you noticed the worse social relations between (D with C), (I with C), and (I with S).
In work relation the most strong relation (D with S), (S with S), (S with C), (I with C) and (S with S). However, the worse work relation (I with I), (D with C) (D with I) and (D with D).
If you noticed (S) style can get along very well with all styles socially except with (D) Style. However, (S) style can get along with all styles at work.
D style can't get well socially and at work, because of their aggressiveness and Dominate ship.
